The content will appear at the top of the Shared With You section in the relevant content app. Tap and hold the content in Messages and tap Pin. On the flip side, if someone shares content that you do like, pin it. Tap "Messages" and select "Shared With You." You can toggle "Automatic Sharing" to the off position or do the same for individual apps such as Music and News.
